My biologic vegetable garden,
with its products and its perfumes,
always different menus
prepared with joy for my guests.
 
 
You'll taste:
"ribollita" (vegetables soup),
tortelli maremmani,
pappa col pomodoro (tomato),
stewed wild boar,
rabbit "alla cacciatora" (stewed)
and also vegetarian dishes,
fish dishes,
Greek specialitys such as mussaka,
tzatziki and vine rolls.
 
With my vegetables of the seasons
I also prepare delightful sottoli.
I love cooking typical cakes
(ricotta or jam pies, Naples pastiera,
chestnut Castagnaccio di Saturnia),
exquisite biscuits (cantuccini,
wine donuts, melomakaruna)
and ice creams
made with fresh and mature fruit.
The whole accompanied
by the genuine Morellino,
typical and renowned Scansano wine.
In the end you can taste the homemade
Mirto, Nocino and basil liquor.
