My biological vegetable garden, influences with its products and its perfumes, a variety of menus prepared with joy for my guests.
You'll taste: �ribollita�(vegetable soup), tortelli maremmani, pappa col pomodoro (tomato),wild boar stew, rabbit �alla cacciatora�( stew), and also vegetarian dishes, Greek specialities such as Moussaka, Tzatziki,and Vine Rolls.
With my vegetables of the season I also prepare delightful in oil.
I love cooking typical cakes (ricotta or jam tarte, Naples Pastiera, chestnut Castagnaccio di Saturnia), exquisite biscuits ( cantuccini, wine donuts, melomakaruna) and ice creams made with our fresh, home gown fruit.
All accompanied by genuine Morellino, typical and renowned Scansano wine.
In the end you can taste the homemade Mirto, Nocino, Basil and sour Black Cherry liqueurs.
